Frequently Asked Questions
I recommend submitting a request 4-6 weeks in advance. This helps to ensure I have the availability for your order as well as allow time to order anything special for your order (cookie cutters, stencils, etc.).

However, I do still accept orders as far in advance as 4 months and as late as the week of, availability permitting.
How early should I request a custom order?
What if you are already booked?
If I am already booked the week of your event or the week you want your order, there are a couple options.
If you’re wanting to order only sugar cookies, check the weeks before. All my sugar cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed. This ensures they will stay fresh for at 2 weeks at room temperature. They can also be put in an airtight container and frozen for up to 3 months!
If receiving your order early doesn’t work for you or if you’re wanting to order a cake, you can still submit an order request. This will put you on the waitlist for that week. If there is a cancellation, I will contact you to see if you’re still interested.
Do cookies come packaged?
Yes! All cookies come individually packaged in heat-sealed cello bags. This helps the cookies stay as fresh as possible for your event, because once heat-sealed they are good for 2 weeks!

You can also request your cookies be packaged as favors, so they're not just individually package, but also topped with a coordinating bow! Favor packaging is an additional $8/dozen.
Can you ship?
No. I am unable to ship any products as I operate under Michigan’s Cottage Food Law.
What is a Pre-Sale?
Typically, I offer only custom orders.
However, during holidays I simply do not have enough time to create custom orders for everyone. To be able to provide everyone with something for the holidays, I design and put together a variety of options.
These options range from single cookies to a full dozen. They are then available for pre-order for a limited time (typically a few weeks before a holiday). Pre-sales close at least 1 week before the holiday pick-up, and only those orders placed will be made. This helps to ensure 1) I make enough of what customers want and 2) I don't make more of what you don't want.
I hope that clears things up for you. If you still have questions, please feel free to email or message me!
